These Terms govern access to the Shaza Naturals website and purchases made from DietNest Trading LLC (SOC).

1. Acceptance

By using https://www.shazanaturals.com, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our breach.

4. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including quantity, ingredients, origin, storage directions and material characteristics. Natural food products may vary by harvest and batch. Images are illustrative. If information material to your purchase is incorrect, your legal rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy apply.

5. Wellness information and responsible use

Website content is general information and is not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Our products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing disease unless a claim is specifically permitted and substantiated under applicable law. Follow the label and seek professional advice where appropriate, particularly for allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions, medication use or feeding children. Honey must not be given to infants under 12 months.

6. Orders and contract formation

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. After checkout, we may send an order acknowledgement; this confirms receipt but is not necessarily acceptance. A binding sale is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. We may apply reasonable quantity limits and fraud checks.

7. Prices, VAT and charges

Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. The checkout page will show the product price, applicable VAT, delivery charge, discounts and total payable before you submit the order. If a clear error is identified before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards, digital wallets, cash on delivery or approved buy-now-pay-later services. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Payment information is transmitted to the relevant provider through secured connections. Additional provider terms may apply.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer, including dates, eligible products, minimum spend and redemption limits. Unless stated otherwise, one code may be used per order and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may refuse misuse, automated redemption or fraud.

10. Delivery

Delivery options, estimates, available locations and charges are displayed at checkout or in our Shipping/Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. You must provide a complete and accessible address and be available to receive temperature- or handling-sensitive products. Risk passes as provided by applicable law when delivery is completed to you or your authorised recipient.

11. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange and refund rights are set out in the policies incorporated into these Terms. Those policies do not reduce any mandatory remedy available under UAE consumer-protection law.

12. Permitted website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must not:

· interfere with security, checkout, accounts, networks or website operation;

· introduce malware, scrape data at scale, reverse engineer or use automated purchasing tools without permission;

· impersonate another person or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;

· infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or

· use website content or product information for unlawful or misleading claims.

13. Intellectual property

The website, Shaza Naturals brand assets, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, design and other content are owned by or licensed to DietNest Trading LLC (SOC) and protected by applicable law. You may view and download reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted without written permission.

14. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and relevant. You retain ownership, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the business, subject to privacy law and any consent required. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content.

15. Third-party services

Links, payment options, delivery services and third-party integrations may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or independent services, but this does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us for fulfilling your order.

16. Availability and maintenance

We may maintain, secure, update or temporarily suspend website features. We will take reasonable care to restore service and will not use this clause to avoid obligations relating to accepted orders or accrued consumer rights.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to those rights, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by incorrect customer information, misuse contrary to clear instructions, or events beyond reasonable control, except to the extent the law requires otherwise.

18. Events beyond reasonable control

A party will not be responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, government action, system-wide outages or emergencies. We will take reasonable steps to limit the impact, communicate material delays and offer cancellation or other remedies where required.

19. Suspension or termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach. This will not affect accrued rights, accepted orders or refunds properly due.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. We will display the new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Revised Terms apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order or accrued right unless you expressly agree or the law requires it.

21. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and online sales are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt a fair and prompt resolution. You may also use the competent UAE consumer-protection channels. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the UAE.

22. General

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement governing website use and orders, without excluding representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
