Every jar on the shelf said raw. Most were blended, heated, or thinned with syrup. So we went to the source, bought direct, and packed it ourselves. That's still how it works.

Why has my honey turned solid or grainy?
That's crystallisation, and it's a sign the honey is raw. Processed honey stays liquid because it's been heated and filtered. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes and it'll loosen — never microwave it.
How do I make talbina?
Two tablespoons to a cup of milk or water. Simmer on low for four to five minutes, stirring, until it thickens. Stir honey in at the end, once it's off the heat.
Is your honey pure? How would I know?
Every batch is single-origin and unblended, and we don't add syrup or sugar. The crystallisation above is the simplest real-world test. [If you have lab reports: We test each batch — ask us for the report and we'll send it.]
